"This stack cuts through in every mix. Without any clang, my Fat Stack has a very dry, pleasing sustain. The trashy sound is created by applying pressure to the stack. My personal favorite is the slight tension, which makes the Fat Stack live up to its name. I use it in my setup mainly as a timekeeper and for short, choppy accents. In combination with my snare, it is perfect for an organic hip-hop clap sound."
