Description
In 2018, the first metal snare drum was introduced to the STAR series. The hand-hammered copper shell emphasizes the mid-range frequencies and impresses with its powerful volume and very warm overtones for a metal shell. By using different hammers, the intensity of the hammer blows increases from the hoop to the center of the shell. This unusual type of processing increases the stability of the shell and also ensures the unique resonance and fat sound. To perfectly complement the high-quality drum shell, a "customized flanged hoop" is used. Compared to conventional hoops, the upper edge of the brass hoop is slightly flatter. The result of this processing is a sharp and bright attack. A special snare for special drummers. Manufactured with perfect craftsmanship, great attention to detail and fine materials.
