A new classic among Tama Drums: Starclassic Walnut/Birch WBR72RZS-CCO
here as a 7-piece shell set with a traditional sound. The set consists of a bass drum (without tom holder rosette, undrilled), two hanging toms, and two floor toms in the color Charcoal Onyx. All shells consist of 4 Birch wood layers with two inner layers of walnut (bass drum: five layers of birch, two layers of walnut). The use of walnut greatly improves the traditional birch sound. Significantly more attack, power, and focused response—these are the new dimensions in drum technology developed by Tama. All drums are factory-equipped with cast hoops, Quick Lock tom rosettes, Tama StarCast free-swinging systems, rubber-padded bass drum claws, and Evans heads.
